Leah’s Nutrition Philosophy:

Leah believes in eating REAL, whole foods. She endorses a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats, legumes, and proteins. She does not believe that you have to sacrifice taste, satisfaction, or your social life in order to lead a healthy lifestyle. She believes that sustainable, maintainable, appropriate, and realistic goals help set her clients up for long-term success. Leah takes a holistic approach to nutrition, focusing on how mindfulness, sleep patterns, social support, and exercise habits affect our nutrition choices.

Leah works collaboratively with her clients, empowering them to be able to reach their nutrition goals. She can help give you the tools that you need to set you up for success and well-being.
